Spelunking Venado Caves from La Fortuna Tour Details

Venado Caves Tour Includes:

Departures: Departs twice daily at 7:30 AM and 1:00 PM. Pick ups start up to an hour prior depending on the pick up location. Exact meeting instructions will be provided on your confirmation voucher sent via email.

Length: Approximately 4 hours.

Venado Caves Recommendations:

* Tennis shoes or secure walking shoes for all terrain that can get wet as well
* Light layered sport clothing, quick dry materials recommended

Children: The minimum age to participate is 8 years old. Kids 8 to 11 pay a discounted rate.

Restrictions: Although completely safe and often visited, this is not a tour for everyone. You will be spending time in closed narrow spaces underground. If you are uncomfortable in confined spaces, we do not recommend this tour. You also need to be able to navigate ladders and very uneven terrain as well. This tour is not recommended for pregnant women, people with heart problems or any serious medical conditions as access to medical attention below ground is restricted. You will be asked to sign a waiver.
