Restrictions: The Arenal 1968 Mirador & Senderos park has trails suitable for most activity levels. You must be able to walk on uneven terrain at an incline, but this trail is considered light to moderate. Insider Tip: The lava fields are just incredible. While climbing up them and seeing the fumaroles spew from the crater, you really feel that the Arenal Volcano is alive. And the view from there is absolutely breathtaking. Arenal 1968 Park has done a fantastic job making this a special place to visit.
