Departures: Arenal zipline & Horseback riding combo tours depart 3 times daily at 8:00 & 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM from most La Fortuna & Arenal hotels. Pick up times start up to 30 minutes prior to the tour start time. Exact meeting times and instructions will be provided on your confirmed voucher.

Children: Minimum age to participate in the zip line tour is 6 years old. Children pay the same price as an adult. Children can ride the horse with their parents so long as they do not exceed the maximum weight of 108 kg (240 lbs). If you are traveling with a multi-generational family and not everyone wants to participate, you can book a Hot Springs pass for only $18 and enjoy the hot springs while the rest of your family is off enjoying their activities.
Restrictions: Like all adventure sports in Costa Rica, you must be in good physical condition to participate. Ziplining in Costa Rica is not recommended for people with back or neck injuries or pregnant women. For the safety of the horses, the maximum weight is 108 kgs (240 lbs). The zipline has the same weight restrictions and you must be able to fit safely in the harness. You will be asked to sign a waiver to participate.
Insider Tip: This is probably one of the best deals in La Fortuna. The canopy tour is a lot of fun of course, and so is the horseback ride. But the Los Lagos Resort with its hot springs, water slides and nature park make it a complete package.
