Departures: Departs daily at 7:30 am. Hotel pick-ups begin up to an hour prior to departure depending your hotel location. Exact meeting instructions will be provided on your confirmation voucher.

Children: Minimum age is 5 years old. Children pay the same as an adult and must ride in their parents canoe. If you have younger children, we recommend the Unique Cano Negro tour by boat.
Restrictions: This tour is mildly strenuous. You must be in good physical condition to paddle your own canoe and be able to climb in and out of the canoe without assistance.
Insider Tip: Seriously, Cano Negro is one of the coolest places we have ever been!! It is a wildlife circus there and they love to perform. And gliding along in a canoe is probably one of the most unique experiences you can have in Arenal...and maybe the world! It is totally worth the full day trip from La Fortuna
