Restrictions: No prior ATV riding experience is necessary. Our La Fortuna ATV tour guides will show you the basics and get you comfortable before we hit the trails. Most ATV rentals in Costa Rica require a valid driver’s license as most Costa Rica ATV tour routes require some highway driving. People with back and neck injuries should not participate. All guests will be asked to sign a waiver prior to departure.

Insider Tip: The ATV tours in Arenal are some of the best in the country, and Arenal is by far and away the most scenic too. There will be some bumpy terrain, but also plenty of scenic drives that are a bit more mellow too. We know if it tough traveling with a family when only 1 or 2 people are actually old enough (or comfortable enough for that matter) to drive. A UTV is a great way to explore the area for the whole family.
