Not to worry, your expert canopy guides will gear you up with all the best safety equipment and give you all the instructions to have fun safely. Once you are ready to go, you will zipline through a circuit of 10 cables and cross over a couple of hanging bridges along the way. And for those with a flair for adventure, the guides may even let you zipline backwards or upside down!

Buena Vista Water Slide - La Selva

While your adrenaline is still pumping, we will move on to the next adventure, a 450-meter-long water slide!! That's right, the longest natural water slide in Costa Rica!! It is a ten-minute walk to the top, but the thrilling ride as you swoosh your way down makes it all worth it. And if you are willing to make the trek back up, you can do the water slide up to 3 times!! No worry, first timers are welcome too. Our horseback ride will take us through the preserved nature trails adjacent to the Rincon de la Vieja National Park. Your guide will point out the diverse amount of vegetation, and the abundance of wildlife that makes the rainforests of Costa Rica so special.

If you are not fond of riding horses, you can opt to hike the trails yourself and maybe make a visit to the stunning Salitral Waterfall. Or skip it altogether and take a truck. All rails lead to the best part of the day, the hot springs!!

Buena Vista Hot Springs, Mud Baths & Sauna

After all that action, it is time for us to wind down. Your guides will guide you to first to the sauna to open up your pores. Then it is time to lather up with the mineral rich volcanic ash from the Rincon de la Vieja volcano. Once you rinse off the mud, you will already feel the difference in your skin. Finally, it’s time to really relax and let the soothing waters of the various hot springs do their heeling magic on your strained muscles. Oh yeah...now that is one amazing day in Costa Rica!
