Departures: Departs hourly from the Treetopia Adventure Park in Monteverde between 7am and 11am daily. Optional hotel transportation is available at an additional cost for hotels in Monteverde & Santa Elena. Exact meeting time and instructions will be provided on your confirmation voucher sent via email within 24 hours of booking.
Length: Approximately 4.5 hours, not including transportation.

Children: Minimum age is 5 years old and at least 4' tall (1.2 m) to fit securely in the harness. Children must be accompanied by an adult and children ages 5 to 12 pay discounted rate.
Restrictions: The zip line tour is not suitable for pregnant women, people with back problems or under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Adventure sports require participants to be in good physical condition. In general, weight limit is 300 pounds, but that is based on the harness size, not especially the weight. The maximum waist measurement is 46 inches to fit securely in the harness. You will be asked to sign a waiver prior to participating.
Insider Tip: If you want to feel young again, there is no better way than to climb a tree. There are 5 different trees with varying levels of difficulty so really we can all go back to being a kid again. Best of all, you do not need to climb back down, instead you can rappel down on a line. Woo hoo....so much better than worrying about the vertigo trying to navigate back down (ok well for some of us anyhow).
Cruise Ship Passengers: Sorry, we do not offer transportation from the cruise pier. The drive to Monteverde is a bit too long for most cruise itineraries. If you are arriving to Puntarenas or Caldera cruise ship terminals in Costa Rica please see our list of shore excursions available for you.
