Departures: This Monteverde horseback riding tour departs 3 times daily at 8:00am, 11:30am, and 3:00pm from the Monteverde Extremo Adventure Park. Transportation from Cerro Plano, Santa Elena & Monteverde is available for an additional $5 and pick up times begin 30-40 minutes prior to the tour start time. Please check the box if you require transportation. Exact meeting instructions will be provided on your confirmation voucher.
Length: Approximately 2 hours not including transportation.

Children: All ages welcome, no previous horseback riding experience necessary. We will pair you up with the best horse for your experience. Young children that are unable to handle the horses on their own can ride with a responsible adult.
Restrictions: People with heart, back, neck, visual, motor, or respiratory impairment or limited mobility problems will not be allowed to participate in this activity. Maximum weight for the horses is limited to 240 lbs.
Insider Tips: The 50-hectare property and the cloud forest trails are absolutely stunning. Horseback riding is really one of our favorite ways to explore the cloud forest.
