Departures: Departs from the Vista Los Sueños Adventure Park 3 times daily: 8:00am, 10:00am, and 1:00pm. Children: Minimum age for the Canopy Vista Los Sueños is 4 years old. We have harnesses built especially for younger zip line riders. Minimum age to participate in the Vista Los Sueños Horseback riding tour is 4 years old. Children ages 4 to 6 can ride with their parents.
Restrictions: No prior horseback experience is necessary. Our horses are calm and well trained for tourists of all skill levels. As we are in jungle trails, we do not allow you to run the horses either. However, we do have weight limit of 118 kg (260 lbs.) for the safety of the horses. Also, if you have a back injury or chronic back pain, horseback riding in Costa Rica is not recommended. The zip line tour is not suitable for pregnant women, people with back problems or under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Adventure sports require participants to be in good physical condition. In general, weight limit is 260 pounds, but that is based on the harness size, not especially the weight. If you are taller than 6ft/1.82m and weigh more than 260 pounds/118 kg please ask us for the possibilities to accommodate you.
Insider Tip: If you are looking for eco-friendly tours in Costa Rica, this combo is great. Zipping through the canopy adds a thrill to your rainforest visit, but riding horses helps you take in the essence of the rainforest. The hike to the waterfall is short and relatively easy, but you will be crossing the river and walking over rocks and uneven areas.
