Departures: Departs daily at 10:00 AM, but start times may vary due to tides. Hotel pick ups begin up to an hour before start time depending the location. Exact meeting instructions will be provided with your confirmation voucher.

Children: Minimum age to participate is 8 years old. Children pay same as adult.
Restrictions: This tour is not suitable for pregnant women or people with a walking disability. Paddling a sea kayak can be difficult for those with back or neck problems. It is advised you are in good physical condition to participate.
Insider Tip: This is one of our favorite things to do in Puerto Viejo. Punta Uva is beautiful, and the fact you can explore it by sea, by paddling through the mangroves up the river, and also hiking up to the viewpoints all in just a few hours is incredibly unique. Important Note: This provider requests payment of the balance in advance 72 hours prior. Discounted pricing is for clients paying cash in advance at the tour office in Puerto Viejo. A credit card authorization for the balance will be requested to hold the reservation. If you do not make the cash payment prior to the tour, your credit card will be processed for the remaining balance plus a small processing fee on the day of the tour. Complete instructions will be provided on your confirmation voucher.
