Manuel Antonio SUP or Kayak Tour Includes:

Departures: Daily at various times between 8:00am and 2:00pm depending the tides. Exact meeting instructions will be provided on your confirmation.

Manuel Antonio SUP or Kayak Tour Recommendations:

Children: Children can paddle their own kayak or SUP as young as 8 years old with parent’s permission. We primarily use single kayaks from Ocean Kayak brand which is a very safe and stable kayak, but for those with younger children, we have a couple of tandem Kayaks available upon request. Please let us know in the “special instructions box” if you would like a tandem kayak so we have one ready for you on the day of the tour.
Restrictions: No prior SUP or Kayak experience required; however, this is a water sport. Like most water sports, you need to be in good physical condition and have no physical disabilities that would restrict you from paddling or swimming.
Insider tip: This is one of the top things to do in Manuel Antonio for families. Because both kayaks and stand-up paddle boarders paddle together, your family can mix and match between SUP alone or taking the kids along in a kayak. With transportation, snacks, and a shady spot on the beach to enjoy, this makes for the perfect family day at the beach in Manuel Antonio.
