Departures: Tours depart 30 minutes after your ship arrives. Departure varies depending on your cruise ship itinerary. Be sure to include which cruise ship you will be arriving on along with your ship's arrival and departure time on the reservation. Exact meeting times and location will be provided on your confirmation voucher.

- * Comfortable secure shoes suitable for riding bikes
- * Quick dry sports clothing recommended, no loose fitting pants
- * Bathing suit or clothes you do not mind jumping into the waterfalls
- * Camera
- * Binoculars if you have them
- * Eco-friendly sunscreen
- * Eco-friendly biodegradable insect repellant
- * Raincoat or poncho (it is called a rainforest for good reason)
- * Water bottle
- * Cash for tour balance, lunch, souvenirs and tips for your guides
Children: Due to the challenging terrain, we really do not recommend for children younger than 12 years old without extensive previous riding experience. Children aged 12 pay a discounted rate.

Important Note: All tours run on local time. Costa Rica runs on Central Standard Time, however they do not observer Daylight Savings Time. Be sure to check with your ship to confirm your actual arrival time in Costa Rica is CST and not ship time. When in doubt, disembark and ask a local!
Insider Tip: The Vista Los Suenos Adventure Park has a great shop for souvenirs of local artisan chocolate you really should check out. We also highly recommend getting out in Puntarenas and walking back to your ship on the promenade if time allows. It is one of the favorite weekend spots for locals and a great place to find authentic souvenirs and street eats.
