Departures: Meets at the office in Dominical at 8:00am daily. However, from Dominical you will need a vehicle with 4WD to drive to the base camp where the ATV tour begins. If you do not have a 4WD vehicle or are not comfortable driving off road, we can arrange 4WD transportation for you at an additional cost Exact meeting time and instructions will be provided on your confirmation voucher depending the meeting location.

Children: This is a pretty technical ATV ride at times. For safety reasons, the minimum age to ride with an adult is 8 years old.
Restrictions: No prior ATV riding experience is necessary. Our Dominical ATV tour guides will show you the basics and get you comfortable before we hit the trails. Minimum age to drive the ATV is 18 years old with a valid driver’s license. People with back and neck injuries should not participate. All guests will be asked to sign a waiver prior to departure.
Insider Tip: The Eco Chontales waterfall is absolutely incredible to witness. In the rainy season however, the falls may be a bit too strong to swim in the pools. But during the dry season, the pools are crystal blue and the water inviting after the dusty ride up there. This may be a once in a lifetime opportunity to visit, so we recommend you taking the 24’ plunge into the natural pools below. You do not want to go home regretting a missed opportunity after all.
